Hedgerow Arts offers affordable web design and maintenance services for small businesses and personal web pages.

I prefer to work primarily with local clients, because I like to be able to sit down with them and discuss what they are looking for in a web presence, but am open to working long distance if you like my style.

I charge an hourly rate of $40 for site design and maintenance. I also offer a web design package (up to 7 pages with an average of 2 images per page) for a flat rate cost of $540. 

Initial consultations are free, and based on the amount of work anticipated (determined by our discussions and a completed questionnaire and worksheet), I will provide you with an estimate of the total cost. One third of that amount is due as a site deposit upon the signing of our design contract and is non-refundable.  The balance is due upon completion of the project.
